According to the requirements of ISO9001:2000 quality management, it makes out and carry out the quality control procedures including “Supplier Appraisal”,“stock Check”, "Process Check","Finished Product Check",“Product Appraisal”etc.There are strict supervisions on each step including suppliers’material check, manufacturing process check, semi-manufactured goods and finished product check, and final shipment check. There is a complete system of quality engineering and defect analysis. If there is any quality problem, then the“quality Abnormity List .”will be prescribed, and quality analysis seminar will be organized to propose corresponding measures to prohibit the disqualified products from flowing out of the company, meetings concerning production will be held regularly, to put forward measures for improvement and reform on the deficiencies of quality control.
